 That's
me. Let me introduce you to myself in the 3rd person: Karen is indigenous
to Southern California and currently resides in North Hollywood. She
received concurrent B.A.'s in Theatre Arts and English w/Honors
from California State University, Northridge and went on to
receive her M.F.A. in Writing with interdisciplinary study in
Photography and Painting from The School of the Art Institute of
Chicago in 2003. For her collection of flash fiction she received
the James Nelson Raymond Fellowship Award upon graduation. After that,
she stepped into the “real world” abyss, (with a handful of
celebrity sightings and odd jobs)and has been navigating her way
happily ever since…
