I've been developing my outer artist since ?th grade but not until my interdisciplinary work at SAIC did I receive any formal training in art, so the development of “continuity” and “series” is new to my repertoire. Which is why, while perusing my site, you’ll see a variety of mediums and styles. In terms of “representing my work” I chose to give you a broad palette of my aesthetic range, but am conscious of the need to focus.

Overwhelmingly my work (w/the exception of my photography) is abstract, but after my time at SAIC I began to develop a series of paintings tied to my relationship with California- those pieces are in development and because of my slow hand at realism take a long time to complete. Not to mention my varied interests tend to throw one over for the other from time to time.
